The young age of Sahar's children and her brother's refusal to avenge their brother's murderer did not prevent her from taking revenge on the killer. For three years, she searched for a way to take revenge on her brother's killer until she met two dangerous parolees who were friends with the accused. She agreed with them to lure the killer for 50 thousand pounds, and they tied him with ropes until she managed to kill him.
She documented her crime by taking a video clip of her while holding a rope after killing the victim and saying, "I revenged on the killer, my brother, to rest in peace in your grave."
Ten years ago, Sahar's brother married the victim's sister, and on July 1, 2016, evening, a dispute erupted between them, and he beat her. The wife sought help from her brother, Mohamed, 43 years old, a driver, "My husband will kill me." He came angry, and they got into a fistfight and quarreled with knives until the husband was killed with a penetrating wound to the chest from the left side. The court sentenced the accused to 7 years in prison.
In mid-January 2019, the accused was released from prison after serving half his sentence. The verdict issued against the accused did not make Sahar feel better, and she tried to persuade her brother to take revenge for their brother, but to no avail.
Sahar searched for revenge until she got to know Mohamed S., and she developed her relationship with him after learning that he and his brother were friends with her brother's killer. She asked them to take retribution for her brother, but Mohamed asked to have a sexual relationship with her in exchange for that. She refused and expressed her willingness to give them 50 thousand pounds, and paid five thousand pounds as expenses to implement the plan.
On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, evening, the two brothers called the victim and asked him to come to a garage in Toukh. They took control of him and tied him up. They called Sahar, who came, wearing a niqab and began to wrap brother's killer neck with a rope and pulled his limbs until she was sure of his death. Then they put his body in a sack and threw him in Moshtohor filter in Toukh.
A few days later, the corpse floated on the surface of the water, "gagged with medical tape and tied with a plastic rope wrapped around his entire body and forearms, and an iron chain wrapped above the rope, its two ends locked with a nut and fixed to a part of the iron chassis of a car."
The residents informed the security forces that attended and were able to uncover the mystery of the crime after 24 hours and arrested the accused, who are Sahar A. A., 30 years old, a maid, Ahmed S. A., 27 years old, unemployed, and his brother, Mohamed, unemployed. A required report was filed, and by submission to the Public Prosecution, the case file was referred to the Criminal Court.
